Due to exciting growth in our talented Resales Team, we are seeking to appoint a customer focussed, highly motivated, performance driven and proactive individual to the role of Sales Progressor. You will possess a dedicated working style with the enthusiasm and drive gained in a customer focused property or conveyancing sales role and have the ability to manage administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail and good organisational ability

You will be an organised and efficient individual with a keen, “can do” attitude and who is a naturally confident and an articulate communicator. This 'go to' role will suit an individual who is a sleeves rolled-up type, confident, capable, flexible and gets satisfaction from a job well done.

The postholder will joined an existing dynamic and target driven team and will be responsible for achieving sales and completion targets set by the business and provide the highest quality of customer service. You will progress reservations for both purchase and rental through to a successful completion tenancy commencement by liaising with both our solicitors and our customers solicitors, an external asset manager, estate agents, site-based Sales Consultants and our internal Part Exchange and Multi Tenure Teams.

This role can accommodate an agile working arrangement. We are looking for you to be within a commutable distance of our Head Office in Bournemouth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track bookings for removals in relation to anticipated completion dates and generate reservation letters - ensuring these are generated promptly by site to avoid delays in contracts being issued.
- Managing and updating reports to ensure the current position of chains is fully visible to management team as well as weekly forecasting of transactions.
- Taking ownership of sales documents To answer and learn to deal with more complex property transfer, subletting and permissions queries
- Working with the sales coordinator to manage the withdrawal process, confirming all cancellation of sales, and processing the appropriate refunds and correspondence
- These are in addition to the core responsibilities of the role._

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
