**Primary Job Purpose**:
As a Sales Progressor, you will be the key liaison between all parties involved in the sale process, ensuring a smooth transition from agreement to exchange and completion. Your role is vital in managing client expectations and keeping everyone informed and satisfied.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Transaction Management**: Monitor and progress transactions from sale agreement to exchange and completion.
- ** Liaison**: Communicate with estate agents, solicitors, buyers, sellers, and internal departments.
- ** Database Management**: Maintain detailed notes on the Resales system.
- ** Persistence**: Show determination to meet exchange deadlines.
- ** Customer Service**: Make courtesy update calls to clients and handle general inquiries.
- ** Scheduling**: Book appointments for Field Resale Negotiators.
- ** Team Support**: Assist the Resales team with various duties during busy periods.
**Health and Safety**:
- Ensure personal and team safety by adhering to company health and safety policies.
- Report any safety concerns to your Line Manager immediately.
**Person Specification**:
- ** Education & Qualifications**: GCSE level or equivalent in English and Mathematics. Administrative qualifications are a plus.
- ** Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent administrative and office skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerised databases.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
- Customer service oriented.
- ** Experience**:
- Prior experience in property or conveyancing is advantageous.
- Sales environment experience is a plus.
