**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team within Manx Care as a Macmillan Upper GI Cancer Support Worker where you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Macmillan Upper GI CNS to ensure coordination of care for patients with upper GI cancer through diagnosis, treatment and follow up care.

You will also work closely with the Specialist Centres within Cheshire & Merseyside Cancer Alliance and will play a key role in the delivery of cancer services for Upper GI patients.
