**About the role**

We’re looking for a Crisis Support Worker to join our team in the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) to help improve the care provided to victims of sexual assault in a partnership initiative between the Isle of Man Constabulary and Manx Care.

This role of the CSW is to provide the first point of contact for those accessing the service and support the SARC Clinical Lead/Manager in their SOFME role by supporting the ‘journey’ of those who access the SARC. You will also undertake administration support as required in relation to those attending the service.
