**About the role and our team**

Are you looking for a rewarding career opportunity? Join our team as an Adult Learning Disabilities Day Support Worker

Within this role, you will support service users with learning disabilities to access and engage in meaningful day to day activities across all of our Adult Learning Disability Day Service provisions:

- **Tall Trees Resource Centre** - supporting service users who require a higher level of support due to their complex needs. They engage in meaningful activities both onsite and out in the community.
- ** Greenfield Park** - promoting the opportunity for service users to develop work based skills in real life work environment through our wood workshop, garden centre, café and shop.
- ** Supported Employment**:

- supporting service users to find paid or voluntary work in the community.
- ** Community Based Activities**:

- supporting service users in the community away from a traditional day services provision and promoting independent living skills.

Your working hours will be any time between 8am and 5pm, currently Monday to Friday.

**Additional information**

Please note an enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, which Manx Care will cover the cost of for you. Please note if you have lived for more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the appropriate authorities in the relevant locations, please read the guidance about how to obtain this letter.

A full valid driving licence is required for this role.

A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
