**The opportunity**
This is a truly remarkable role, where your main duty is to spread happiness throughout our lovely care home. Planning and arranging fun and engaging activities with our wonderful residents, both within our stunning care home and out in the community. This is an opportunity to unleash your creative side whilst uplifting and empowering the lives of our residents. **About you**

You are creative in the way you work, you are honest and trusted. Work for you is not just a job but a place for growth, happiness and family. **Experience is great, but it’s not essential. **A driving licence would be advantageous.
**The day to day & your experience**
- With the support of your Oaktree Court team, you will work closely with your residents & their families to provide an imaginative & varied activity & events programme.
- Through a person-centred approach, you will provide both group & 121 activities to stimulate mind, body & soul.
- You will champion our ‘Continue Being Me’ philosophy, creating unique and highly personal experiences for residents.
- You will empower & support your residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice and independence.
- With unparalleled kindness, you will thrive in helping your residents with their everyday needs.
- Highly organised, you have excellent attention to detail & a willingness to learn.
- You’ll easily develop strong & rewarding relationships with everyone at Oaktree Court, families, health professionals & your local community.
- As part of the role, you may be required to work some weekends.
- You will keep families connected by posting pictures on Oaktree Courts’ social media of daily activities and events that are happening in the home.
- Through your creativity you will empower residents of all abilities to get involved with activities and events.
