The Assistant will provide support to the team by performing various administrative tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. This is a very client focused role and it is essential that outstanding service is given to our clients and as such, the work requires excellent inter personal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide language support by communicating effectively in English and Spanish
- Assist with upselling products or services to customers
- Conduct research and analyse data as needed
- Maintain organised files and records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills, CRM
- Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £8.48-£9.36 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
