The arranging of care plays a pivotal role in Adult Social Care, and with an ageing population, this has never been more important.

The Brokerage Service is a highly professional operation within Adult Social Services, that aims to source care and complete contracts for Norfolk’s adults.

This is an exciting phase within the Brokerage Service, and to help us deliver a high-quality pro-active service we are looking to recruit professional, hard-working, personable and organised individuals. Ensuring a high level of accuracy, while delivering care and support that meets an individual’s needs.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality Customer Service while delivering against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will take a proactive approach and will actively arrange a wide range of care packages for adults with care and support needs, within the prescribed timeframes, budget and quality using a range of electronic systems and information resources.

You will also undertake analysis and make recommendations to social care professionals for packages of care.

If customer service is your passion and you have delivered high quality customer service we would love to hear from you.

Knowledge of Social Services would be an advantage.

We want our people to be inspired and motivated to work well together, make the most of our workspaces, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and deliver excellent services to Norfolk and its people.
