**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide third party intermediary procurement support in the utilities and renewables market space.
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities business to business (principally cold call telesales prospecting with the possibility of elements of field sales to be agreed with the line manager) within budgets, sales volumes, financial targets, product mix and timescales.
- Carry out renewal business sales.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support activities with records held on the company’s Customer Relationship Management system.
- Monitor and report on activities, provide relevant information to management, support in market research and share best practice.
- Liaise with management and other company assets necessary to perform duties, aid business growth and organisational development through such activities as 1 to 1 coaching, ongoing training and team meetings to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Follow the Third-Party Intermediary code of conduct as set out by industries and UK Law.

**Knowledge, skills and qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have minimum GCSE qualifications including Maths and English
- Have good research, IT, people-facing, math, and productivity skills
- Hungry to succeed and highly self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure, is goal orientated, and financially incentivised
- Ability to maintain a database

**Desirable**:

- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B outbound telesales role or similar
- Have a track record of recent past success in accomplishing deliverables and KPIs
- Experienced as a consultant purchasing professional or consultant sales professional
- NLP sales training

**Salary**: £30,000 base + monthly bonus (OTE £50,000)
