Warehouse Office Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support to warehouse management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory, shipments, and personnel information.
Prepare and process documentation related to orders, invoices, and shipments.

**Communication**:Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and office personnel, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Assist in creating and distributing internal communications.

**Data Entry**:Enter and update data in warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and resolve any discrepancies.

**Inventory Control**:Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Generate regular reports on stock levels, order status, and other relevant metrics.

**Order Processing**:Process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize order processing workflows.

**Personnel Support**:Assist in maintaining employee records, including timekeeping and attendance.
Support the onboarding process for new warehouse personnel.

**Office Supplies and Equipment**:Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Office administration is a plus
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

- Driving Licence (preferred)
