**LANDSCAPER** **REQUIRED**
- To assist with the build of high-end landscaping projects
- Working to achieve daily targets set for each project
- Using a wide range of construction skills to assist in the build of our customers dream gardens, producing high quality work to deadlines

**Key Taks and Responsibilities**
- To liaise with Team Leader and follow instructions set out
- Hitting daily targets as set out on project trackers
- Carry out all work to high standards in line with GSG policies
- Ongoing problem solving, informing team leader of any issues whilst carry out the work
- Following Health and Safety guidelines and best practice
- Ensuing any other site rules are adhered to
- Accurately following plans and drawings
- Tools and equipment are correctly cleaned, stored and maintained
- Provide input into improving build quality and efficiencies
- Review and provide feedback at the end of each project
- Being polite and professional with customers and third parties
- Continuously developing skills, keeping skills tracker up to date
- Accurately recording time worked on Timesheets (daily)
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Line Manager

**Key Skills Required**
- Variety of construction skills and abilities to include; paving, block paving and driveways, groundworks and drainage, brickwork and block work, steps and changes in level, water features, joinery for pergolas and wooden structures, fencing and planting
- Full driving licence > Good communication skills > Ability to work alone or as part of a team > Motivated > Organised
- Efficient > Willing to learn > Experience of using and maintaining hand and power tools, equipment and machinery

**Company Equipment**
- Use and care of company tools

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£33,500.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- Landscape construction.: 4 years (required)
