Howard Services operates from its office in North Devon supporting our team of engineers who travel the UK servicing and maintaining renewable systems for a wide range of clients.

We are currently seeking to recruit an account assistant, including general office duties. This will involve having some level of financial experience to help assist our existing team with accounts but also be flexible enough to assist with the day to day administration that is required.

Good IT skills essential, (experience in Quickbooks would be an advantage) and payroll would also be beneficial.

Your duties would include processing purchase invoices, raising invoices, sales ledger, bank reconciliation, VAT returns, job costing, ordering materials, booking accommodation, booking work and dealing with clients.

We are a small busy company who work as a team, this means that whoever applies must be flexible and not someone who needs routine.

Salary will be dependent on experience

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
