**Administrator**:

- Permanent Role - Full or Part Time Hours

We have an opportunity for a competent and adaptable Administrator with a keen eye for detail to join our small friendly team.

**Responsibilities**:
You will play a vital administrative role supporting the business
- Audio typing - reports, surveys and correspondence
- Answering the telephone
- Recording data on the CRM system
- Organising the workload of the Agents
- General accounts - bank reconciliations and generating invoices
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with customer support enquiries and provide excellent service
- Use Microsoft Office Apps to create and edit documents and spreadsheets

**Experience**:

- Previous office administration experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of farming / rural / agricultural administration preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate
Part-time hours: 16 - 37.5 per week

**Salary**: From £20,500.00 per year
