**The role**
**The difference our new HR Administrator will make**
As a HR Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will join our team to assist in various HR functions in support of our Joint Venture operations based at Hinkley Point C.
Day to day, you will be responsible for the maintenance of Timesheet portals and provision of weekly reports relating to hours worked and maintain a reference period average. Other responsibilities include tracking objectives roll out for Performance DevelopmentReviews (PDR), offboarding activities such as arranging Exit Interviews, and support of HSE team with Health Surveillance data. Moreover, you will provide a dashboard of HR metrics on recruitment, starters, leavers, competencies, and attendance, etc. Additionally,this will include ad hoc support of reports, spreadsheets and minutes. Lastly, you are required to arrange and support meetings on behalf of the HR team, amongst dealing with general HR queries from the MEH Alliance team.

**Essential experience**:
- Holds / working towards CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
- Competent user of Microsoft Applications, incl. Word, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables and graphs, etc)
- Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
- Experience with various different HR functions (highly desirable)
- Hold/Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
