**Part Time - Office Administrator (flexible - 18 hours per week)**

There is an exciting opportunity to join Southwell County Homes, one of the area's most respected builders. We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our existing team to help complete our biggest development to date.

Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ability to work on your own initiative.

Excellent interpersonal skills
- The Role
- Booking in the Utility companies for connections, meter fittings and calling off mains laying.
- Submitting meter readings and checking Utility bills
- Submitting C.I.T.B claims
- Provide admin support for the team, such as, handling and responding to all customer correspondence, collate site/office paperwork and filing.
- Completing customer upgrade, flooring and tile selection forms.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance of site vehicles
- Ensuring welcome packs are sent out
- Ensure snagging reports are completed and updated as the work is completed.
- Updating social media

Working Conditions

Flexible working hours - ( minimum 18 hours per week )

Competitive salary

25 days holiday ( pro rata ) plus bank holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
