Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Office Administration Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining practical experience in a professional office environment. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our administrative team and receive on-the-job training to develop your skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Help organize and coordinate office events and meetings
- Support the team with various ad hoc tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working with young people ages 14-25

**Salary**: £422.40-£833.60 per month
