Join a global aviation company as a Senior Recruitment Administrator. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join and support our office admin team, based at our head office in Beverley.

**Job purpose**:to provide administration support to the aviation recruitment team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team Management of the Aviation Administration Division
- Daily management of admin team
- Ensure admin team have sufficient work allocation
- Ongoing training of admin team
- To answer telephone and deal with enquiries and trouble-shooting for contractors.
- To update information on Profile as necessary.
- To arrange contract logistics such as, accommodation, hire cars and flight bookings.
- Place clothing orders for work wear.
- Arrange medical appointments for employees when required.
- Creation of ZARAS/ASM CV’s and Bostonair CV’s.
- Updating new starters lists with contract and security information.
- Ensuring return of signed employment contracts.
- Monitoring of Days in Germany in accordance with the 183 days ruling.
- Collection of proofs for Days in Germany.
- Application for Limosa’s for contractors working in Belgium.
- Liaison with umbrella companies for contractors employed on a limited contract basis.
- Help to prepare tax exemption spreadsheet for days in Germany.
- Processing of expenses.

**Reports to**: Operations Manager

**Minimum Educational Qualifications**:

- GCSE Grade B in Mathematics & English
- Administration Qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
