Join a global aviation company as a **Recruitment Administrator.** We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join and support our office admin team, based at our head office in Beverley.

**Job purpose**:to provide administration support to the aviation recruitment team.

**Responsibilities**:

- To answer telephone and deal with enquiries and trouble-shooting for contractors.
- Answering the door/Intercom
- To update information on Profile as necessary.
- To arrange contract logistics such as, accommodation, hire cars and flight bookings.
- Place clothing orders for work wear.
- Arrange medical appointments for employees when required.
- Creation of ZARAS/ASM CV’s and Bostonair CV’s.
- Liaise as point of contact for Audit / compliance services between Head of compliance services / customer
- Updating new starters lists with contract and security information.
- Ensuring return of signed employment contracts
- Processing of expenses.

**Reports to**: Senior Administrator

**Minimum Educational Qualifications**:

- GCSE Grade B in Mathematics & English
- Administration Qualification

**Minimum Previous Experience**:

- Thorough knowledge of administration
- Used to working within a team and managing staff
- An understanding of Microsoft Excel/word, Teams and Office 365

**Other Skills**:

- Full UK Driving License
- Health and Safety awareness
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
