**Clinical or Forensic Psychologist - Band 7**

**Full time, permanent role**

To ensure the systematic provision of a high quality, specialist Psychological Service to patients within the Specialist Inpatient Services at Brooklands.

The post will input into the Medium and Low Secure Services on site. The post holder will work with male and female patients from the age of 18 upwards. Patients will have learning disabilities and/or autism, mental health problems and/or personality disorder and many will display high levels of aggression or harm to themselves.

The post holder will work co-operatively with multi-disciplinary colleagues to achieve service goals. He/she will provide psychological assessment, individual and group therapies, interventions and consultation, and supervise other clinicians undertaking psychological interventions.
