HR Administrator

**Are you an Office Administrator looking for your next opportunity and looking to build a career in HR? This long-established local company are looking for someone like you to join their team as an HR Administrator as soon as possible. Offering asalary of up to GBP24,000 per annum, depending on experience, coupled with benefits such as end of year parties, 23 days holiday + bank holidays and much more. Sound interesting?**
**What will I be doing as an HR Administrator?**
- Answering incoming calls
- Order and monitor office supplies
- Dealing with incoming and out going post
- Providing cover for other members of the admin team
- Managing and welcoming visitors
- Arranging accommodation where necessary
- Managing company work wear supplies
- Daily absence recording and time/attendance checks
- Assisting the HR manager in the recruitment process
- Manage company vehicle fleet including arranging MOTs, Services
- Produce HR letters/documentation
- Processing employees expense claims and credit card transactions
- Arranging regulatory training (forklift, dangerous goods, H&S, first aid, fire etc)
- Organising training courses
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:
- Previous experience within an Office Admin role is beneficial but not essential
- Previous HR experience is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic.
- Good IT skills
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Willing to get stuck in
- Strong communicator
