Order Processing Administrator

**Salary**: £23,500 to £24,000 + 8% pension and private healthcare

Duration: Permanent

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Hours
- Mon-Fri - 9.00am - 5.00pm - Hybrid working

Join this hugely successful distributor who renowned for collaborating with some of the UK’s largest household brands, delivering exceptional service with an employee centric culture.

70% of the role will be processing end to end orders, these are not reactive orders and are scheduled up to 3 months in advance. The remaining 30% consists of co-ordinating freight forwarders and managing international export paperwork.

This is a busy fast paced role, efficient accurate order entry skills are ESSENTIAL, Understanding of logistics and scheduling would be highly beneficial.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing and scheduling B2B orders using SAP
- Using client portal to review and prioritise orders
- Getting quotes from couriers and arranging special deliveries
- Co-ordinate collection requirements with warehouse
- Make necessary amendments to scheduled orders
- Setting up new clients on system
- Feedback any issues / delays on purchase orders to customers and rectify issues accordingly
- Stock management
- Sending CoA’s, invoicing, credit notes
- Respond to all customer queries
