Your Contribution
This role exists to support the business and its customers in supplying the right product at the right price to the right customer first time, on time, every time. The focus is on quality, accuracy and attention to detail coupled with a deep sense of personal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, compliantly and in a timely manner.
- Accurately utilises Merz Sales & Distribution processes, data flows and associated systems.
- Ensure that customer services databases & systems are accurately populated, utilised and managed.
- Execution of the Customer Services workflows ensuring effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of the external environment relating to billing, pricing and delivery.
- Ensure all data captured and records kept are compliant with Data Protection / GDPR regulations
Your Profile
- Excellent attention to detail and process orientation
- Confident with Microsoft Office and computerised business systems
- Self-motivated and resilient with good energy levels
- Desire to learn and to take hands-on approach to the role
- Ability to multi task and prioritise accordingly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
