The post is pivotal in moving the Trust toward 2024 NHS Digital Agenda (Paper Free/ Paper Light) and will respectively be a key member of the Out-Patient Transformational team providing project support on the development of Patient Engagement Portals (Digital Letters and Patient Knows Best). The post holder will provide a range of programme, business reporting, analysis and administrative support to the Out-Patient Programme Manager and Patient Services Senior Management Team.

**The main elements of the role include**:

- Managing identified key pieces of work relating to the Patient Engagement Portal projects (Health Care Communications - digital letters & Patient Knows Best), eg data gathering, completion of documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure critical paths are met to progress key project milestones
- Provide the project manager/s with support whilst working with clinical, managerial and external colleagues across Primary and Secondary care
- Supporting, facilitating and monitoring progress of PEP project(s) within the identified workstreams across the Programme
