We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable coordinator to assist with our services delivered in the secure setting and to support the chronic pain administration team. You will work closely with colleagues who deliver care in the prison environment.

Key tasks include Managing IMSK clinics in SystmOne, Management of diaries and clinical
accommodation, Liaising with other organisations, involved in delivering prison healthcare
including subcontractors, Data collection and submitting reports, Working closely with the clinical lead and management team to review service capacity and demand on a regular basis. Other prison related IMSK administration tasks.
You will also provide additional coordinator support to the chronic pain administration team alongside the current administration coordinator, working with the Administration manager to support the team. This may involve some direct line management.
You will need to demonstrate initiative and flexibility in your approach and be able to work in a pressurised and busy environment. This is a leadership position and you will need to demonstrate the values and behaviours associated with that.
