We are looking for a volunteer Researcher to lead on partnership working alongside our CEO and Satellite Hub Leaders, across the UK. You will be confident in offering solutions to organisations we work with to improve our collaborations, creating clearly defined shared objectives leading to better outcomes.

Successful applicants will be proactive in managing their work in a timely manner, compiling information and reporting to the CEO on a regular basis.

**About us**:
We are a not-for-profit policy organisation which is responding to homelessness. Based in the UK, we exist to tackle the causes of homelessness. Through a network of "Satellite Hubs" and volunteers across the country we work to make services more accessible and efficient to those who need it now and in the future.

The Cardon Banfield Foundation exists to help individuals and families try and prevent homelessness or, if it cannot be prevented, make sure it does not reach crisis stage.

**The role**
- Work closely with Hub Leaders and the homeless strategies in their local area;
- Liaise with the Policy Centre team to create innovate ways to do partnership work;
- Research partnership working methods and build a toolkit for Satellite Hub Leaders;
- Focus on different partnerships homeless organisations create to develop best practices;
- Work with the CEO to identify and promote partnership working methods in the wider homelessness sector;
- **Time: 4-6 hours per week**

- Understanding of the needs of people who are homeless (preferable)
