**Job description**:
This role will partner with our Senior stakeholders to understand their growth strategies and ensure we attract and hire the right talent, at the right velocity, to ensure DWP’s success is driven forward.

Executive Resourcing Partners are responsible for understanding DWP’s recruitment needs and providing robust recruitment and selection recommendations. You will be expected to know your market and provide data driven solutions to complex resourcing problems.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading and managing recruitment campaigns in complex business areas, managing your own time and staying organised to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies based on labour market and competitor analysis, bench-marking, and other survey data to facilitate growth.
- Become the hiring managers trusted go-to person for all things linked to talent attraction and acquisition.
- Providing insight and advice to recruitment stakeholders, championing diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
- Building attraction strategies to engage with top talent across the market.
- Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure commitment to campaigns, and identification of any assumption, risks and constraints, flagging these to team leads.
- Understanding and following recruitment processes and Commission principles in order to reach a high-quality outcome.

**Person specification**:

- Proactive, direct recruitment experience, ideally across different sectors
- You will be able to lead and deliver recruitment campaigns in large, complex business areas, staying organised and managing your own time.
- Demonstrable experience of building senior stakeholder communities, with skills in senior stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Organised and data focused.

**Desirable criteria**
- Relevant professional qualification or knowledge - member or associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a willingness to work towards this, or equivalent professional qualification or HR knowledge.
