**Commercial Sales Administrator**

**Responsibilities**
- Arranging Weekly schedules for the Quality Team
- ISO Audit & License Management
- Procurement reports and volume management
- Processing and Handling Claims
- Ensuring External Quality requirements are adhered to (Baltic Control /SIRIM)
- PERN Data
- Retail indices/forecasts reporting and contracts
- Marketing and targeted campaigns

**Essential competencies**
- Advanced excel, with a focus on speed and a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to fully investigate problems to a resolution
- Excellent customer service skills, for both internal and external customers

**Desirable competencies**
- Chinese Speaking (Mandarin)
- Experience in a Sales or Purchase administration role
