**Finance / HR Assistant - Inside IR35**
**Contract Term:3 Months**
**Contracting Authority: NS&I (National Savings & Investments)**
**Location: Hybrid - 2 Days per week in London Office**

The role is required to assist with pay, benefits, contract management, job evaluation and a review of pay and reward across NS&I. In addition to the core responsibilities, this role would lead on any changes as a result of the review of our pay and reward structures**As a Finance / HR Assistant your main responsibilities will be**:
- Maintenance of the pay remit
- Co-ordination of job evaluation
- Supporting on the annual submission of the NS&I pay remit business case in accordance with the Civil Service Pay Guidance
- Complete pay market data surveys ensuring that they are completed accurately and within contractual timeframes and provide analysis and trends on the findings.
- Administer a range of benefits and work with the HR business partners to promote and manage supplier relationships.
**Essential**:
- Advanced Excel skills (using logical functions working with lookups, data validation, pivot tables and charts plus analytical options
- Highly analytical
- Experience of Bonus Modelling
- Experience of communicating with Senior internal stakeholder
- Job evaluation experience
- Presenting skills
**Desirable**:
- CIPD
- Public Sector pay environment experience
- Hay methodology evaluation experience
