The Course and Student Support Team within Student Services at Kingston University is seeking a Faculty Disability Coordinator to work within a combined team of faculty and central university disability coordinators. You will support the development of a busy service that provides administrative and organisation support to ensure the delivery of reasonable adjustments for disabled students. You will work alongside internal services and external agencies to ensure the effective provision of support services, supporting and promoting service excellence for disabled students.

**The Person**:
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated administrator to this role to provide a professional support service to disabled students throughout their student journey at Kingston. You will be an experienced administrator, educated to at least A level standard or equivalent with experience of working a higher education setting and with some experience of providing administrative support related to disability services.
You will be able to work flexibly within a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task, prioritise workload, and work both independently and within a team.

This Directorate plays a vital role in the retention and success of students at Kingston University. By taking a holistic, cohesive approach to the effective provision of services to our 17,000 students, we aim to enhance their experience through support that is effective and also responsive to their changing needs.

We cover three main areas of responsibility - Student Life, Student Wellbeing and the First Response and Administration team.

Student Life provides the University’s fundamental student services while Student Wellbeing is responsible for all wellbeing and safeguarding-related policies. The First Response and Administration Team, meanwhile, ensures the smooth running of all activities.

This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £32,271.00 per annum.
