**Academic Affairs Officer **to join a prestigious university based in Kingston.

**Salary**: £15.79

**Duration**:ASAP - 4 -6 weeks (potential of being extended)

**Working pattern**:Fully Onsite, 37 hours per week

**Contract type**:Temporary

**Roles and responsibilities
- Provide a high quality support service for Faculty compliance activities including:

- Faculty Mitigating Circumstances
- Academic Misconduct
- Student Complaints
- Student Discipline
- Support the Academic Affairs Coordinator in ensuring coordination, organisation and administrative support for the management of these activities is aligned with the appropriate university policies and procedures.

The Student and Programme Team is responsible for the provision of a Faculty based professional student management service. The key ethos of the team is to:

- Build strong relationships with students to support their ability to engage with their studies
- Provide an effective and adaptable service to academic course teams to support their student focused academic endeavour
- Deliver high quality and accessible to all services in line with the principals of 'service excellence' and 'continuous improvement'
