About the role

This role will be the go-to person for all issues in the FAB whilst being accountable for output. The Group Leader role will be assigned to a Set D and be reporting directly to the Shift Manager in Operations.

This is a shift based role, 4 on - 4 off, 7pm
- 7am, night shift.

The role has been created to centralise responsibility and accountability within the production organisation. The Group Leader will engage in this process and develop the team in line with Nexperia’s overall business objectives.
