Job Summary:

Liberty Gas Group is seeking an experienced Arboriculture Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Grounds Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of arborists in providing excellent arboriculture services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of arborists in undertaking arboriculture maintenance work, observing good arboriculture practice and adhering to British Standard 3998:2010 Treework and recommendations.
  • Supervise the arboriculture team, agency works, and apprentices in the absence of the Lead Arborist.
  • Undertake all types of arboriculture work in areas and properties as per customer specifications, relevant to the area.
  • Ensure healthy and safe tree stock through regular maintenance and arboriculture works.
  • Be an integral part of the team providing a comprehensive arboriculture service.

Requirements:

  • Relevant NPTC qualifications and experience in arboriculture.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of British Standard 3998:2010 Treework and recommendations.
