The role is remote based and must be local to the Leeds area.

**Description**

As a Planning Coordinator you will manage service levels through monitoring work queues, staff activity and adherence.

You will analyse real time statistics in order to facilitate actions to meet service level targets.

The role will be heavily excel and report based you will be planning processes and making recommendations for improvement.

**Profile**

No planning experience required but we are looking for the below

Experience using Excel and basic calculations

Good attention to detail

Driven and Passionate about improving service level agreements

Excellent work ethic

A flexible approach and a good team player
