Senior Pensions Executive

**Overview**
Our Client is a well established Douglas-based financial services company that offers a comprehensive suite of accountancy and wealth management services to enable clients to grow, manage and preserve all facets of their financial affairs through cross-boarderresources and expertise-led solutions. They are now seeking a Senior Pensions Executive to provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the Pensions department.
**Role Profile**
- Administration of all scheme types including master trusts, international group and personal schemes as well as domestic personal/occupational pension schemes and QROPS
- Administration of benefit payments, investments and pension transfers
- Opening bank accounts and investment bonds/portfolios
- Review investment portfolios including contract notes and valuations
- Managing GAD calculations for all SIPPS clients
- Training and support for Pension Executives
- Managing investment mailbox
- Property work - expenses, purchases, sales and leases
- Deeds - drafting from templates, Trustee retirements, Death cases
- Dissolutions including fund remnant payments and deaths, Transfers, Formations/establishments of new SIPPS
- Bookkeeping of pension scheme assets
- New client take-on process
- Liaising directly with clients
**Person Profile**
- Ideally 3 years in a pension administration environment
- Experience of client portfolio administration
- Experience in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel & Word and experience with VT, CCH and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
