**Description**
Our client seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their finance team.
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing financial processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Your expertise in accounting principles, attention to detail, and leadership skills will be integral to their financial operations.
**Position Overview**:
The Head of Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's marketing strategies and initiatives. This position involves driving brand growth, market visibility, and customer engagement to achieve business goals. The Head of Marketing leads a team and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure the organization's marketing efforts effectively resonate with target audiences and drive value.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning and Vision:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals, brand identity, and market trends.
- Set the vision for the marketing team and provide strategic guidance to achieve marketing objectives.
Brand Management:
- Manage and enhance the organization's brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
- Develop brand guidelines and oversee brand awareness campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver on objectives and drive desired outcomes.
Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
- Identify and analyze target audiences, customer segments, and market trends to tailor marketing messages and strategies effectively.
- Implement data-driven approaches to reach the right audiences.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, content creation, and online advertising.
- Optimize online presence to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and oversee content strategies that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure the creation of compelling, relevant, and valuable content across various formats.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance, professional development opportunities, and feedback to team members.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Utilize insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles with a track record of successful campaigns and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in the gaming, casino, and gambling industry is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve goals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and online advertising.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creativity and innovation to develop unique marketing approaches within a competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with market research, segmentation, and audience targeting.
- Ethical mindset and commitment to upholding the organization's brand values.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
