**Relationship Manager**
**Isle of Man**

As a Barclays Relationship Manager, you will be a part of The Crown Dependencies International Corporate and Captive businesses that provides a range of banking and investment management solutions based in four of the world’s leading financial centres. In the role you will be supporting clients across the Isle of Man. The role holder will be responsible for both relationship management of a small portfolio of clients and supporting the Relationship Director and/or Head of Client Segment.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Assisting the Relationship Manager/Director in the attraction of new clients and co-ordination of existing customer relationships
- Delivering client solutions by coordinating with product specialists, credit risk teams, and other teams within Barclays
- Delivering exceptional sales and business performance whilst maintaining sound risk management, long-term internal and external business relationships
- Working towards achieving asset and revenue growth for the business in line with individual targets
- Working with wider crown dependencies team to assist in the communication and implementation of any actions to improve the service
- Researching current markets and preparing client strategies
- Working with Relationship Directors, coordinating the creation of pitch books; supporting the Global Relationship Directors in delivering presentations to customers
- Coordinating and attending team meetings on a regular basis to maintain dialogue/sharing of information to ensure up to date knowledge of the marketplace

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in a client facing role with customer service focus and attention to detail
- Knowledge of credit risk and how general economic change impacts a Bank’s business
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Salesforce

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- In-depth Captive Insurance knowledge
- Knowledge of the ICB structure
