**Associate Director - Geoenvironmental**

**Cambridgeshire**

**£60-70k DOE**

My client is a multi-disciplinary planning and environmental consultancy of circa 70 staff with four offices across the UK. With plans to double in size in the next 5 years led by an energetic, personable owner with a realistic vision, they have recently acquired a small geotechnical/geo-environmental practice in South Cambridgeshire and the next stage of their development is growth of that office adding ecology and hydrology to their offering from there.

Leading the office would be the Associate Director, taking on the management of the office and its’ offering. With plenty of the work at present being in geo-environmental, geotechnical, remediation etc that would be your remit but with the brief to step up to wider management of disciplines as you develop the office. All this would be fully supported by discipline leads in other offices.

To itemise the need:

- Either a **Principal Geoenvironmental** consultant looking to progress to Associate Director **OR** an existing **Associate** keen for the challenge and growth of opportunity
- Experienced in running a team, undertaking ground investigations and writing and reviewing Geoenvironmental reports
- Need strong experience in contamination assessment plus some geotechnical knowledge
- Experience in groundwater and CLEA modelling an advantage.
- Used to developing clients and wining work.

A decent payer, company pay rises in the last two years have been 10% and 7% respectively along with healthy bonuses for target achievement and enterprise.
