**What to expect**

The Early Career Delivery team sits within the Jaguar Land Rover Academy of the organisation. You'll support the planning, development, management and delivery of all aspects of Early Careers event activity. The focus will be on supporting the creation of events from brief to execution while ensuring exceptional standards of professionalism are maintained as a representative of Jaguar Land Rover. You'll protect and enhance brand integrity while achieving a flawless event delivery aligned to the Creators Code behaviours.

The role will involve working on a diverse range of events and activities including; Corporate Induction of all Graduates, Undergraduates and Apprentices, Recognition and Graduation events, Hospitality Events, Social Events, and ad hoc internal events on behalf of the Jaguar Land Rover Early Careers Team.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- To use event briefs to identify key objectives and determine detailed requirements on costs, design and execution. Support in development of production schedules and critical timing plans in line with delivery dates
- Work with colleagues to brief relevant agencies and suppliers regarding event concept and all creative, technical, logístical and administrative elements
- Assist in the effective Project management and delivery of events being organised by the team
- Contribute to the in-house production of events
- Managing delegates and their programmes (sending invitations, collating responses, issuing joining instructions, arranging suitable hotel accommodation and transfers etc) where relevant or delegating to the event agency and supervising their delivery.
- To support colleagues to determine event objectives and ensure that the event format and delivery meets and where possible exceeds those requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of management information to assist and enable detailed price negotiations with suppliers, in conjunction with Purchasing, in order to achieve the best possible options for the company without compromising quality

**What You’ll need**
- Proven experience of supporting the delivery of successful events management
- Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
