**What to expect**

The Property department delivers Jaguar Land Rover’s global investment plans on the non-production buildings and infrastructure. Working with our clients and property strategy, identify and define the site development programmes required to deliver the functional non-manufacturing property strategies for the business. With many key projects in the pipeline, the ability to understand customer requirements, develop projects and present opportunities for approval will be an important aspect of the role.

**Key Accountabilities** and **Responsibilities**
- Manage stakeholder relationship / engagement / expectations based on scope gathered and agreed at the project initiation.
- Build relationships with end users to understand their needs, challenge requirements to come up with the optimum option for the space, in preparation for approval and to implement the project in a timely manner
- Deliver projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the achievement of strategic business objectives. Develop and present project solutions including options, test fits /layouts, programmes, cost plans, designs etc. to project team, stakeholders, leaders and end users. You will also be responsible for reviewing solutions (post-delivery) with the project team and customers.
- Management of required Governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial/cash-flow reporting and risk and issue management.
- Monitor and control and make timely decisions to ensure projects’ progress.
- Work on projects and work streams; from scoping to delivery and including cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management ensuring project delivery to required timescale, quality and cost
- Support adherence to Operational Acceptance processes, with smooth project transition to Service Delivery
- Manage and resolve risk and any issues that may arise.
- Keep the business owners and key stakeholders informed of progress and key issues.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, project team members, and the supply chain/contractors.
- Manage stakeholders to ensure projects add value and are aligned to stakeholder expectations.
- Financial management of projects.
- Track and measure all live resource projects and report Project metrics to senior management and the area.

**What you’ll need**
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Robust decision-making ability.
- Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder (internal customer) management and negotiation skills.
- Proven strong people management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrable Efficient resource and supplier management skills so as to deliver agile, sustainable and cost-effective accommodation.
