Office Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join our client based in Windsor.
The successful Office Manager will be responsible for:

- Greeting visitors entering the office and directed them to the appropriate department
- Managing the CEOs diary including arranging meetings, making reservations for restaurants, hotels and coordinating of travel
- Collating and distribution of reports and documents
- Answering and filtering calls and using switchboard to direct calls to relevant recipients
- Stocking up the office with stationery and ordering Head Office groceries
- Receiving all incoming mails, parcels and arranging couriers
- Maintaining inventory stock for computers and IT equipment

The Office Manager will have:

- Excellent MS Office Skills and IT literacy
- Excellent telephone manners
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
