We are a fast paced aesthetics wholesaler and this role is an integral part of the business being responsible for the Logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure all shipments are processed and delivered on time
- Track and analyse logistics data
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and logistics systems
- Working in a fast paced role adhering to SLA's
- Communicating directly with customers regarding any delivery enquiries
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Weekly stock check

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred but not essential
- Proficient in using PC softwares (woocommerce, ATUM Inventory - Not essential)
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations
- Strong analytical skills to analyse logistics data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Must be able to carry large quantity and heavy parcels of incoming stock
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Use own initiative
- A high level of Customer service and telephone manner is required
- Work well as part of a team

This is a full time permanent position, Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30pm

Additional hours may be required during busy periods

**Salary**: £22,515.00-£23,614.00 per year
