Administration Assistant

Our client an established technology company are offering an opportunity to join their dedicated team based in Chesham Buckinghamshire.
This role is seen as key to the continued success of the company where your skills and experience gained over a period of time as an Administrative Assistant will be valued.
You will need to have gained experience in an Administration role where you have worked closely with other teams and are used to the large variety of tasks that this type of role can demand.
This role is office based there is no access to hybrid or remote working.
MAIN DUTIES
Providing a first rate service to customers
Answering telephone calls as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers ensuring these are all logged on to the company system.
Arranging customer collections and deliveries
Arranging customer site visits
Copying scanning and processing documents and general clerical duties including ordering office supplies as required.
YOU WILL BRING
- A friendly “can do” attitude and excellent people skills
- Experience of working in a role demonstrating a range of excellent administration skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially Word and Excel
- Excellent accurate and fast keyboard skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Eye for detail
- Team player
- Process driven, proactive and able to use own initiative to prioritise a busy workload
**Salary**: £23,500 per annum
This is a full time office based role the hours are: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
