After nearly 40 years in Rickmansworth, Dickinsons Chartered Accountants are on the move.

From 1st April 2023, our new home will be:
Brandon House, First Floor, 90 The Broadway, Chesham, Bucks HP5 1EG

We are looking a full time (28-35 hours p.w.) Receptionist/Administrative Support person.

The applicant should be an enthusiastic individual who is motivated and ambitious to take on a role that requires good people skills.

They should also like to learn and be involved in the business and assist the team.

No specific qualifications are required but they must have proficient IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.

The role will include but is not limited to:

- Usual reception duties - answering phones, greeting clients and dealing with post (incoming and outgoing)
- Using cloud-based software to send customer statements and invoices
- Managing and/or assisting with internal registers and systems
- Communicating with clients on reporting and payment deadlines
- Assisting with the onboarding of client records on internal systems
- Routine updates to internal systems
- Monitoring and ordering stationery
- Adhoc admin tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 28-35 per week

**Salary**: £21,200.00-£26,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chesham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
