As a Care Co Ordinator you will play a key role in the day to day running of our 64 bed care centre. You will have a minimum of two years experience and knowledge of managing a team and administering medication, DOL's, completing Care Plans and providing support to the care staff on shift. Be key to achieving daily compliance by reviewing care plans, risk assessments, completing daily records and, ensuring each shift runs effectively.

Health & Social Care Level 3 is required for this position.

You will have the right values and skills to be able to provide on the job coaching, provide feedback and, act as a role model for our team members when providing care and support to our residents. You will have experience in providing excellent care and support to adults who have a variety of needs such as mental health, physical disabilities, dementia, rehabilitation support and behaviours that may challenge. You will hold peoples dignity, respect, privacy, choice and independence at the forefront of your approach to ensure you're always delivering person centred care and support to our residents. You will have the values and skills to develop others, be meticulous in your approach to accurate record keeping and, an excellent all-round communicator.

All our employees complete a comprehensive in-service induction programme that includes shadow shifts before working with the people we support. You will be enrolled to our excellent e-learning programmes and, face to face training and development sessions to enhance and refresh your skills and knowledge.
