We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Teacher to join our team. The successful Teacher of Health and Social Care will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons that inspire students to explore the principles and practices of health and social care in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Health and Social Care Teacher who is passionate about equipping young people with the knowledge and skills to pursue careers in the health and social care sector in Bradford.

Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive H&SC lessons that cover a range of topics related to health and social care, including anatomy and physiology, human development, mental health, and social issues.

* Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

* Incorporate real-world case studies, guest speakers, and field trips to provide students with practical insights into the health and social care industry.

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and enrichment activities that integrate health and social care education with other subject areas.

* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and progress, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student performance.

Bachelor's degree in Health and Social Care or related field (PGCE or QTS desirable).

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* Proven experience teaching health and social care to students at secondary level or above in the UK.

* Sound knowledge of key concepts, theories, and legislation related to health and social care practice.

* Ability to inspire and motivate students to engage with complex subject matter and pursue further study or careers in the health and social care sector.
