We are looking for an organised, compassionate and reliable individual to join our friendly Team. Our Team are vital to the exceptional service level we provide to our patients.

This role is based at out Head Office in Tavistock and is Monday-Friday (9.30am-2.30pm).

**The role**
- Predominantly answering the phones from all our clinics.
- Answering sensitive phone calls.
- Processing paperwork in line with company policies.

Do you have?
- An exceptional 'can do' attitude being naturally friendly and approachable.
- The ability to generate ideas and suggest solutions.
- A real hands on approach to all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks to hit deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belfast: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
