We have an exciting position open at Nanopharm, which is an Aptar Pharma Company: Project Officer, reporting to our Head of Project Management. This position will be based in Cwmbran and is to support the Project Management Group to ensure projects are set up for success and liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the project milestones throughout the life cycle.

This is how your journey begins:
**ROLE OVERVIEW**
- Support the Project Management Group to ensure projects are set up for success and liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the project milestones throughout the life cycle
- Coordinate site client visits and teleconferences
- Prepare and share agendas and meeting minutes
- Liaise with project teams to ensure new projects are onboarded appropriately, and initial activities such as consumables are ordered
- SAP maintenance for customer orders
- Liaise with suppliers on behalf of the project teams to check on progress of deliveries or analytical activities that have been outsourced
- Help coordinate project activities such as receipt and despatch of materials
- Generation of invoices for routine activities
- To manage specific internal or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs, within the scope of the jobholder’s capabilities and responsibilities
- Maintain and improve project management processes, supporting their establishment
- To enhance the reputation of Nanopharm continuously

**PROJECT OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation of invoices for routine activities such as project management time, recharges and storage
- Liaise with suppliers on behalf of the project teams to check on progress of deliveries or analytical activities that have been outsourced
- Maintain control over review periods for project management specific SOPs and ensure they are updated in a timely manner
- Facilitate effective project communication for internal meetings, client teleconferences, and on-site client visits through the generation of meeting minutes, agendas and action trackers
- Support with the maintenance of customer orders on SAP
- Support with the assessment of extensions to project scope as well as support with associated administrative duties including change order generation, resource allocation and project planning
- Support with the project on-boarding process in accordance with project requirements, safety considerations and regulatory procedures
- Assist the team in production and maintenance of project plans
- Support with leading small projects under management supervision
- Provide excellent customer service and customer-experience, and to strive to enhance the reputation of Nanopharm

**SCIENCE & RESEARCH**
- Participate in any relevant conferences and training packages to enhance technical understanding
- Act as a PM for projects when accepted as part of our active portfolio, working with internal stakeholders to deliver non-revenue generating deliverables

**QUALITY & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE**
- Ensure all assigned Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are read and understood within the requested timeframe, seeking clarification on any points not understood or that can be executed practicably immediately
