**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Assistant and On-site Support, you will play a crucial role in promoting our engineering projects and providing essential support to our engineers. This part-time position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, combining digital marketing with hands-on involvement in engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Tiktok.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive interactions with our audience.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to promote our services, events, and achievements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

On-site Support:

- Assist our engineers during on-site inspections, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the team to collect data, take photos, and document project progress.
- Provide support in setting up equipment and tools as required.

Office Assistance:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and other office-related duties.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to occasionally work on-site and travel as needed.
