Within the EMEA Sales, Marketing and Communications group we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to take this exciting new opportunity to join our new team for sustainability strategy and execution. In this role you will be part of a global team working with other sustainability teams across the company. You will need to work with our ecosystem partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand the value of Intel's efforts and develop and deliver a sustainability strategy for EMEA.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Collaborate with global and EMEA stakeholders to define and maintain a sustainability strategy for the EMEA Sales, Marketing and Communications organization.
- Define and manage a framework of efficient processes and data to provide Sales teams with the information needed to respond to tenders for deals and design wins.
- Maintaining collateral and training provisions to enable Sales account teams to respond to around 80 per cent of customer inquiries.
- Enable field sales, ecosystem partners, internal stakeholders to communicate Intel's sustainability value (from supply chain to partner solutions)
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver customer success stories which showcase Intel enabled solutions and wins.
- Supporting the EMEA Sustainability Strategy lead as a point of contact for Cross-Business unit questions from field and customers
- Supporting teams to drive deep customer conversations on sustainability topics, track customer engagements Drive innovative solutions to challenging problems and insightful discussions with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Work with the Communications team to leverage opportunities that strengthen our storytelling efforts on Intel's sustainability strategy for the EMEA region and be the public voice Partner across SMG messaging and content creation teams to deliver solutions for inclusion into sales, marketing, and communications Go-to-Market programs.
- Drive our sustainability agenda across internal teams to ensure we are making best efforts internally and define how we can measure success
- Prioritize and escalate to BU domain experts as necessary via Customer Response Forum

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years' experience in product marketing, business management, sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social Governance), and/or public policy.
- Experience/knowledge of sustainability solutions (emissions, net zero carbon/CSR)A real passion for sustainability
- Proven skills to synthesize complex sets of information from multiple technical and business stakeholders into simplified messages that drive effective decision making
- Exquisite communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in speaking to media would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Clear reputation for ethical conduct and unquestionable integrity.
- Attention to detail and operationalizing cross-Business unit collaboration, with a customer first mindset
- Comfortable working with and presenting to business leadership on escalations and problem solving.
- Experience working in or with governments, engaging on public policy, or in strategic communications
