Emea Markets Finance Specialist

Intel is at the heart of these disruptions, and we are searching for a Finance Markets Analyst to help enable our ambitions in close partnership with the sales and marketing team.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization.
- Translate business strategy into financial targets and develop the operating plans required to achieve our strategic plan.
- Leverage advances in data analytics, machine learning, and visualization techniques to improve our go-to-market strategies, investment decisions, and execution across core finance processes.
- Lead in-depth financial, business, customer, and market trend analysis in support of key investment decisions and our planning cycles.
- Develop advanced financial models, provide ad-hoc financial analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and track progress against goals.
- Identify, perform, and drive process improvement opportunities in core business processes, including using automation to streamline and scale critical business processes.
- Program management for our various automation and AI/machine learning finance transformation initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years' relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of at least one of the following: Python/R programming, machine learning models, generative AI, advanced data visualization techniques, advanced prompt engineering, or equivalent capability.
- Experience in various aspects of financial operations at a regional and/or global level.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), including presentation skills.
- Exceptional business partnership and teamwork; ability to collaborate effectively across geographical boundaries, both locally and globally.
- Strong influence skills and proven track record of driving change; uses reasoning, persuasive arguments, personal credibility, and knowledge of group dynamics to get an individual or group to support a recommended course of action, consistently achieves stakeholder buy-in.
- Exemplary analytical skills; easily distills large amounts of information and data into actionable insights with clear and concise recommendations.
- Leverages different tools/models to identify and understand emerging market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics.
- Experience performing cost/benefit sensitivity analysis for various 'what if' scenarios and assessing the overall impact to different business teams.
- Excellent program management and problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to plan, perform, and schedule own work with limited management direction; assignments are delivered in the form of overall goals and expected results.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
